I bought a notebook today. A simple, standard-sized, college-ruled notebook. The thing itself isn’t too significant…but what I wrote on the BACK of it is. For the first time, I wrote the following:

Today is my birthday.

As of roughly 7:15 this evening, I am no longer employed by or a member of Ferguson Christian Church. I will not publically discuss the details of my departure. I wish the church the best in their future endeavors, and I hope they wish me the same.
